How age verification works, why it is not currently required, and which safety restrictions still apply.

Current 20A availability
MyEvia has not connected Go.cam, Yoti, or any other age-verification provider. Until a provider is integrated and the policy is changed, third-party age verification is not required and explicitly rated adult features remain available. This page intentionally has no Verify button, and accounts are not marked verified by this temporary policy.
What is still restricted
Adult-rated roles, Chat, generation workflows, Collection media, protected playback, Store items, notifications, and deep links are still checked by one server-side policy. Unknown ratings, prohibited or review-required content, explicitly restricted regions, and future verification-required regions remain unavailable unless their requirements are satisfied.
Future provider boundary
If a future independent provider is added, it may verify age in a hosted flow. MyEvia would receive only the minimum decision and lifecycle fields described in Privacy, not raw ID, selfie, liveness, or biometric material. A failed, expired, or review-required result would keep adult content unavailable and provide support or appeal instructions.
Safety and support
A registration declaration, browser value, language, timezone, localStorage value, or client Header is never verified proof. Report suspected underage users or young-looking characters through the Report page, or contact Support for access-status questions.
