Prices and payment
Review the displayed price, currency, tax treatment, included benefits, and payment method before confirming. Only products explicitly described as subscriptions renew automatically; one-time Coins purchases do not auto-renew.
Subscriptions
Checkout shows the renewal interval and next charge when a product auto-renews. Use the cancellation path shown in Settings or the relevant billing provider before the next renewal. Cancellation normally stops future renewal and does not automatically reverse a completed period.
Coins and generation failures
Coins are used only inside MyEvia. A failed generation that did not deliver the contracted result follows the existing release/refund state shown in the job and transaction history. Adult-access denial must happen before a new charge, order, or generation side effect.
Charges, refunds, and support
For a duplicate charge, missing entitlement, failed-generation settlement, or refund question, keep the order or job reference and contact Support. Refund eligibility depends on the transaction type, service delivery state, applicable law, and the checkout terms presented for that purchase.
