Content Safety Policy

Rules for fictional adult characters, prohibited content, safety review, reports, and crisis boundaries.

Product policy version: Adult Access 20A ยท Last updated August 28, 2026

Adult character standard

Any mature character must be fictional, clearly described as at least 18 years old, and appear unambiguously adult. AI identity should be disclosed: a Character is software, not a real person.

Prohibited content

  • Any sexual content involving minors, young-looking people, or age-ambiguous characters; CSAM or CSEM in any form.
  • Real-person, celebrity, or non-consensual sexual deepfakes and intimate imagery.
  • Coercion, sexual violence, exploitation, incest, bestiality, or other serious illegal sexual content.
  • Instructions or encouragement for self-harm or suicide, serious illegal activity, harassment, or infringement of privacy, copyright, publicity, or other rights.

Review and crisis boundaries

MyEvia uses existing persisted review and safety signals where available. 20A does not claim that a new automated image/video detector is active. Unknown or review-required adult output is not deliverable. When an existing trusted self-harm crisis signal is present, role-play and erotic reinforcement must stop and emergency or professional-support guidance is shown.

Report and appeal

Use Report for roles, images, videos, Chat, or accounts. Reports are handled separately from age-access decisions. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis service now.
