Who may use MyEvia

MyEvia is an 18+ service. Registration includes an age declaration, but that declaration is not third-party age verification. Age verification is not currently required while no provider is connected.

• Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate account information.
• AI Characters are fictional software experiences, not real people, therapists, doctors, lawyers, or financial advisers.

Acceptable use

• Do not create or share content involving minors, young-looking or age-ambiguous sexual characters, exploitation, coercion, illegal material, non-consensual intimate content, or real-person sexual deepfakes.
• Do not harass others, evade safety controls, interfere with the service, or infringe privacy, copyright, publicity, or other rights.
• You must have the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload.

Accounts and enforcement

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts and remove content when needed for safety, law, rights protection, payment integrity, or these Terms. You may report concerns or contact Support for review.

• Coins are in-service digital units and are not cash or transferable property.
• Subscription renewal, cancellation, displayed prices, taxes, and refund handling follow the terms shown at checkout and the Billing & Refunds policy.

Service limits

Generated results may be inaccurate, unavailable, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. To the extent allowed by applicable law, MyEvia is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Contact Support for the applicable contracting entity and governing-law details for your transaction.
